  bought an iron...wouldn't turn on. bought an air conditioner...never got cold air to blow out of it, bought a toy gun....wouldn't work, even with new batteries, bought a remote control car....same thing happened with it. either I have really bad luck, or their products suck. It also doesn't help that the staff is unfriendly and whisper to each other behind the counter while you're at the register....but only the first one. there could be a line wrapped around the store and they'll still all be standing together, in one register instead of opening up another one.
